Impact Youll MakeAs the Food Safety Sanitation Coordinator, you'll
be the go-to expert for ensuring the sanitation and cleanliness of
our production environment. Youll play a key role in monitoring,
verifying, and improving sanitation standards, ensuring compliance
with regulatory and food safety requirements.Your efforts will
directly impact:Sanitation effectiveness by monitoring chemical
usage, preoperative verifications, and environmental
condition.Production success by ensuring on-time start-ups and a
clean, compliant environmentAudit readiness & compliance through
sanitation KPI tracking and master sanitation schedulingWorkplace
safety by leading training initiatives and enforcing Lockout/Tagout
proceduresWhat Youll DoServe as the sanitation lead team lead for
the 3rd shift reporting to Safety Sanitation ManagerVerify chemical
usage and sanitation processes to maintain food safety
standardsConduct daily sanitation verifications and report KPIs
such as micro results, damaged equipment, on time start-ups, audit
scores, assistance with budgetTrack and manage sanitation inventory
to ensure proper supply levels and chemical safety
complianceProvide training to team members on sanitation procedures
and compliance expectationsCollaborate across teams to ensure
smooth operations and continuous improvementWhat Were Looking
ForMust-Haves:Ability to work 3rd shift (overnight) and occasional
weekendsStrong attention to detail and leadership
skillsLockout/Tagout experiencePhysical ability to stand, lift,
push, and pull for an entire shiftNice-to-Haves:Certifications in
food safety or sanitationExperience with sanitation management or
quality assuranceKnowledge of environmental monitoring programs
(EMP)Ability to speak Spanish or multilingual skillsExperience with
