Senior Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations,
Department of Education guidelines, and the Pennsylvania School
Code.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of programs and services
to ensure they meet high standards of quality and adhere to best
practices.
- Develop and maintain efficient systems for collecting,
analyzing, and reporting data on student progress and overall
program effectiveness.
- Create and implement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring consistent
progress toward student goals.
- Design and deliver professional development programs aimed at
improving the quality of teaching and promoting evidence-based
practices for educators and staff.
- Offer coaching and support to staff in implementing improvement
plans and addressing areas of underperformance.
- Travel regularly to various school locations as part of the
role. Required Qualifications
- Education & Expertise - Master's degree in Education, Special
Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Experience in Program Oversight - 5-7 years of experience
leading quality assurance, continuous improvement, or program
evaluation in an educational setting.
- Regulatory Compliance & Policy Implementation - Proven ability
to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including
Department of Education guidelines and Pennsylvania School
Code.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Strong background in developing
and managing systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting
student progress data to drive program effectiveness.
- Leadership in Professional Development - Experience designing
and delivering training programs to enhance educator performance,
promote evidence-based practices, and drive instructional
improvement.
- Performance Improvement & Staff Support - Skilled in coaching
and mentoring staff to implement improvement plans and address
areas of underperformance.
- Multi-Site Oversight - Ability to travel regularly to multiple
school locations to support program consistency, assess needs, and
implement best practices across the organization.
