Senior Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Assist with the design and implementation of solutions to influence and drive the team to deliver complex projects. Work independently with Agile methodologies and governance tools to ensure the implementations of strategic cross divisional initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and are high quality. Requires: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Management, or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Management, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master's degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) with: performing business analysis and process analysis for operations and engineering related workflow, goals and metrics; working with project scope definition, identifying cross functional project issues, challenges, risks, status reporting and User Acceptance Test execution; driving the timely delivery of strategic projects including operations and technology related initiatives in a cross functional team setting; working with non-Scrum Agile methodologies including Kanban and Lean; and leveraging frameworks including Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI), 2x2, and RAID Logs. Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York -based position is $131,000 - $135,000/year.
