Job Description:

Our client, a leading production and manufacturing multi-location company, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and control strategic operations on the manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate's key responsibilities include planning high-quality manufacturing strategies, leading and developing a high-performing managerial team, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, and maintaining ethical business practices. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement high-quality manufacturing strategies aligned with short and long-term objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing managerial team.
  • Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure quality control, consistency with overall strategy, and budget compliance.
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines, and in-house policies, and maintain high business ethics standards.
  • Build trusting relationships with key partners and act as a primary point of contact within the company.
  • Analyze problems, provide solutions, and contribute to the company's survival and growth.
  • Ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
  • Collaborate with quality control personnel to maintain superior product standards and generate positive client feedback. Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of demonstrated success as a general plant manager in a manufacturing setting.
    • In-depth understanding of corporate governance and best practices in general management, demonstrating a strategic and informed approach to decision-making.
    • Outstanding organizational skills coupled with strong leadership abilities to effectively guide and develop a high-performing managerial team.
    • Proven analytical capabilities and strong problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex issues in a manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, instructions, and insights to diverse stakeholders within and outside the organization.
    • Possess a data-driven approach to decision-making, demonstrating the ability to analyze data to understand business trends and make informed strategic choices. Location: Teaneck NJ
      Salary: $120,000
