PeopleShare is actively searching for someone based out of Northwestern, PA who has a passion for helping others and is seeking an opportunity for a Call Center role!

We're seeking compassionate and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Resource Navigators. In this rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for people in need within our community.

What you'll do:

• Guide individuals to essential resources like food banks, shelters, and healthcare providers.
• Provide support and information through phone calls, texts, and online chats.
• Use your problem-solving skills to help people navigate challenging situations.
