Job Description:
A company is looking for a Default Operations Supervisor
responsible for overseeing foreclosure and bankruptcy operational
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the default operations team and ensure compliance with
regulatory and investor guidelines
Manage end-to-end foreclosure and bankruptcy processes, including
issue resolution and reporting
Support team development through training and promote a culture of
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of mortgage servicing experience specific to
foreclosure and bankruptcy
Experience with legal proceedings and federal/state court
procedures
Knowledge of mortgage servicing platforms like LPS, MSP, and
LoanServe
Understanding of investor/insurer guidelines and regulations
applicable to default
Ability to create and analyze reporting and analytics for process
improvement
