DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Services Specialist to
assist with New Product Launch. The incumbent will report to Head
Technical Services and be based in Princeton, NJ on a hybrid work
schedule.Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee process validation activities (PPQ) and provide life
cycle management support for various products/technologies at
internal and external manufacturing networks.
- Design, plan and execute process development and optimization
studies, as well as technology transfers for new business
opportunities within internal and external manufacturing networks
for North America.
- Provide expert support in resolving product/process technical
issues, including manufacturing investigations and CAPAs.
- Write, review, and execute cGMP documentation, including
validation protocols and reports, SOPs, batch documents, and change
controls, among other things.
- Conduct statistical assessment for process validation and
control
- Train personnel and creates procedures for new equipment and
processes
- Explores process improvement opportunities
- Serves as the technical expert for various processes and or
equipment
- Provide technical due diligence of manufacturing plants to
facilitate product outsourcing and the selection of CMOs for new
product development and manufacturing.QualificationsEducational
qualification:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemical
Engineering or related technical discipline.Minimum work
experience: Six (6) to eight (8) years' experience in the
Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably in Sterile formulationsSkills &
attributes:
- Experience in one or more of the following areas can be
considered: Sterile formulations, Solid dosage manufacturing,
Liquids & Semi solid manufacturing, and Packaging
- Thorough knowledge of cGMPs, pharmaceutical processing, process
and equipment validation, cleaning validation and
documentation.
- SUPAC experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of
plant personnel and customers
- Excellent technical communication skills, both written and
verbal
- Strong project management skills - Proficient computer
skills
- Must be the go-to person for technical issues*Must be a U.S.
citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise
authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or
