You will also be involved in patient and caregiver education, supervision, and reporting on patient progress.Key Responsibilities--- Perform Physical Therapy assessments and develop treatment programs--- Record and report patient's reaction to treatment and condition changes--- Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy programs and device use--- Supervise physical therapy assistant and, when appropriate, the certified nursing assistant--- Prepare reports and participate in staff and Agency development activitiesSchedule and Shift Details--- Schedule: Monday-Friday; day shift (start & end times vary based on the patient needs) + 1 weekend every 6 weeks (Saturday & Sunday day shift w/scheduled patients) & 2 holidays per year (1 summer, 1 winter on a rotating basis); no on-callTravel--- Local travel to residential homesSojouRN Job ID #88REL.
