you Infection Preventionist - LPN Qualifications &
Responsibilities: Associate's Degree in Nursing Current,
unencumbered New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Infection Preventionist Certification required Minimum of one year
of experience in long-term care and skilled nursing as an Infection
Preventionist Provide patient care based on scientific principles,
nursing theory, and evidence-based practice Identify changes in
patient conditions and intervene appropriately Prioritize nursing
actions based on patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes
Implement physician orders accurately and promptly Educate and
counsel patients and families on wound care processes and related
concerns Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant
Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator Join a
