This position offers $590k+ in total compensation package. • $450k the first year, more as a partner (18 months to partnership)
• $590k+ for total compensation package
• $50k signing bonus, 401(k) is 20% contribution, $3K CME stipend, $10K for relocation expenses
• 8 weeks of vacation plus 5 sick days, car expenses
• Pediatric anesthesiologist will also need to do adults
• Expanding program with 30 to 50% pediatrics initially
• H-1B visa holders welcome
• Less that 70 miles from Philadelphia
