alongside experts in their fields. What You'll Do As a Veterinary
Dermatology Technician at MVA, you'll help ensure pets receive the
highest standard of dermatologic care. In this role, you will:
- Assist in running dermatology appointments and support the
dermatologist with sedation and anesthesia when needed
- Work alongside a two-nurse, one-doctor team, delivering
efficient, high-quality patient care
- Handle a high volume of client communication, educating pet
owners on dermatologic conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up
care
- Perform minimal sedation procedures, such as biopsies and ear
flushes, with proper patient monitoring
- Maintain infection control protocols, including the appropriate
use of PPE when handling potentially infectious cases
- Ensure a clean, organized work environment, including proper
sterilization of equipment and compliance with safety
standards
- Collaborate with a dynamic, fast-paced team, sharing ideas to

Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position with the
following available schedules:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation

you! Requirements What We're Looking For
We're seeking Veterinary Technicians who thrive when caring for
animals, solving problems under pressure, and working
collaboratively. Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume emergency or ICU
setting (preferred)
- Experience with advanced monitoring, ventilator support, and
critical patient stabilization
- CVT license (a plus)
- Proficiency in anesthesia, venipuncture, and IV catheter
placement
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and
provide empathetic client updates
- Broad knowledge base of small animal medicine
- A commitment to exceptional client service and clear,
empathetic communication
