Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Learning Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, design, customize, and deliver learning and training
programs
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure high quality and
consistency of deliverables
Develop, maintain, and report on an annual plan of interventions
for assigned client groups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant Human
Resources experience or equivalent combination
Experience coordinating and leading projects
Experience with database management and spreadsheet software
Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access,
and PowerPoint
Experience with integrated Human Resources Management Systems
