Now Offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Duties:

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in managing and maintaining quality care
• Conduct weekly Wound/Skin Rounds
• Ensure effective communication and compliance with nursing staff
• Address nursing medical needs of residents
• Coordinate and direct nursing service planning
• Maintain knowledge of nursing theory and practice
• Complete medical records accurately and timely
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and orienting new nursing staff
• Oversee daily staffing and infection control processes
• Remain flexible with work schedule to address unpredictable needs Requirements:
  • Current State RN license required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Long-Term Care settings
  • Preferred 2 years of management experience, 1 year of staff education experience
  • Excellent communication and basic leadership skills required
