Job Overview:The headquarters Resettlement Team oversees the
implementation and quality of services for refugees within their
early resettlement period. The team supports IRC local office staff
in implementing high quality programs by providing technical
assistance, training and monitoring. The Reception and Placement
Program, funded by the Bureau for Population, Refugees and
Migration, provides early self-sufficiency services to newly
arrived refugees.The Roving Housing Program Manager provides
in-person and virtual support to IRC U.S. sites in need of
additional housing support, due to unexpected vacancies or surge in
arrivals. This position will be expected to travel up to 70% of the
time to any of the 30+ IRC resettlement sites and to provide a
range of strengths-based, client-centered case management R&P
services. This position will deploy primarily to the IRC's West
region (CO, UT, ID, MT, WA, CA, AZ & TX ) and report to the HQ
Program Officer, R&P Roving Direct Services.

The IRC offers a comprehensive and highly competitive set of
