Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance,
repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company's
expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it's materials and
processing expertise. Who YOU are and what YOU can become:This role
involves leading configuration management activities and managing
configurations of nacelles and aerostructures throughout the
product lifecycle. What YOU will do:
- Provide configuration management of nacelle and aerostructure
assemblies and components.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to configuration
management plans in support of the design development and
production processes.
- Interface with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal
functions to establish configuration baselines.
- Coordinate and track configuration changes and compliantly
process engineering changes.
- Chair program Configuration Change Boards to review change
requests, determine change classifications and impacts to the
business, and drive the engineering change process.
- Execute product processes to ensure configuration control
throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform and support configuration management audits as
required.
- Generate, control, and maintain documentation of configuration
management data relative to configuration changes and audits.
- Drive team to meet the KPIs for Configuration Management
Processes.
- Review configuration management process effectiveness and
efficiency and drive continual process improvement with internal
functions as well as with customers and suppliers, to meet product
and program requirements.
- Facilitate and ensure proper implementation of CM process in
Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) system. What YOU must bring to
Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, business, IT or
Information/Data Management with a minimum of 5 years relevant work
experience OR a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of
10 years of relevant work experience. Desired Characteristics:
- Strong analytical and organization ability with attention to
details and thoroughness with documentation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with Integrated Product Teams and interact with
customers.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Ability to address and manage conflict.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite like Word, Excel, Outlook and
PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in a PLM system to manage

Estimate salary range for this role: $92,080 to $138,120 per year.
