compensationJob Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of
our maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible
for leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the smooth
operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment, and
implementing preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime
and maximize efficiency.Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and
train a team of maintenance technicians, delegating tasks,
monitoring performance, and providing performance feedback.
Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance programs
for all facilities and equipment, ensuring adherence to
manufacturer's specifications and safety regulations. Respond to
emergency maintenance requests, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
problems, and coordinate repairs to minimize disruption to
operations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment
to identify potential issues and schedule preventative maintenance.
Manage the maintenance budget, including
inventory control, requisitioning supplies and parts, and
overseeing expenditures. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety
regulations and procedures, and maintain a safe work environment
for the maintenance staff. Prepare and maintain maintenance records
and reports. Stay up-to-date on the latest maintenance technologies
and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth
operation and maintenance of facilities. May perform some skilled
maintenance tasks as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of
experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment.
Proven experience in developing and implementing preventative
maintenance programs. Strong understanding of mechanical,
electrical, and plumbing systems (or relevant trade to the
industry). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and
manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and
analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint). Working knowledge of computerized maintenance
management systems (CMMS) a plus. Valid driver's license. Must be
able to work independently and as part of a team.
